Life with tea
In 1954, a tea field was created from scratch on the bare mountaintop at an altitude of 360 meters, and we began living in a six-tatami room on the mountaintop. In 1969, to response to a customer's request to drink "Organic tea", we began producing tea without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
We value interaction with the local community, and more than 6,000 people come to experience tea picking and tour the tea field every year.
